When you place an order, we check your shipping address and automatically include the correct power adapters or converters specifically for your country. This ensures you can plug in your kit and start working immediately upon delivery.

Using third-party chargers with incorrect voltage outputs can damage the sensitive internal electronics of the Light Tube, Controller, or Docking Station. Please note that damage caused by the use of non-original accessories or third-party power supplies is not covered under the warranty.
