What is the delivery/shipping time?

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, packages are dispatched within one business day. Once your order has been sent, the final delivery time depends on your location.

Europe

For most European countries, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days via FedEx or a similar courier service.

UK, Norway, and Switzerland

For these regions, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days via FedEx.

USA and Canada

Shipments to North America typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days via FedEx.

Rest of the World

For all other international destinations, we generally ship via PostNL. Delivery times for these regions range from 5 to 20 business days.

Tracking and Delays

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a track-and-trace code to follow your shipment. Please note that these times are estimates. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or specific border control procedures.

Stricter Customs Control

In countries with stricter customs regulations, such as Israel, Turkey, and Serbia, delays are more common. In almost all cases, even delayed packages are delivered within 30 days.
