We stand behind the quality of the EMDR Kit Wireless. Below you will find the details regarding our professional warranty coverage and our 30-day return policy.
Warranty Coverage
The Light Tube, Pulsators, Headphone, and carrying bag come with a two-year warranty starting on the day of delivery.
Exclusions: Chargers and cables are considered consumables and are not covered under the warranty.
Reporting: Any product defects or incomplete deliveries must be reported within 14 days of receipt via email to info@emdrkit.com.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty ensures your kit functions as intended, but it does not apply in the following cases:
Improper Use: Defects caused by failure to handle the product with care or use contrary to the supplied instructions.
Third-Party Equipment: Damage resulting from the use of accessories, software, or services not manufactured by EMDR Kit.
Unauthorized Repairs: If the product has been opened, modified, or repaired by an unauthorised party.
Environmental Damage: Exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, corrosion, or liquid spillage.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
If you experience a technical issue, please complete the troubleshooter on our website first. Many issues can be resolved remotely. If a repair is necessary:
In-Warranty: We provide replacement or repair within a few business days.
Out-of-Warranty: If your kit is damaged outside of the warranty terms or period, we can still repair it for you. We will provide a cost estimate in advance for parts, labor, and shipping to prevent surprises.
Repair Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty on all repaired parts from the time you receive them.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it based on these rules:
Notification: Let us know within 30 days of receipt via email that you wish to return the product. We will then provide the return address.
Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you. The purchase price is typically refunded to your account within 5 working days.
Shipping Costs: Please note that we cannot refund original or return shipping costs.
