1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered. This gives you the opportunity to test the equipment in your clinical practice to ensure it is the right fit for your workflow.
Eligibility & Conditions:
Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same undamaged condition as received.
Completeness: Ensure all components (Pulsators, Light Tube, Headphones, adapters, and tripods) are included.
The Return Process: To start a return, please contact our support team. Once we verify your order details, we will provide you with the correct return instructions. For approved returns within the 30-day window, we can provide a return label to simplify the shipping process.
2. Trade-In Options
We love helping our community stay up-to-date with the latest EMDR technology. Depending on when you purchased your kit, we have two ways to help you move to a new system.
Within 30 Days: The Swap
If you recently purchased a Classic (Wired) kit and realized you would prefer the Wireless version (or the opposite), we can facilitate an exchange.
We will apply the value of your current kit toward the other set.
Simply reach out with your order number to start the "Swap" process.
Shipping can not be refunded.
