Payment Methods and Options

To ensure a secure and smooth transaction, we offer a wide variety of payment options. Our system is dynamic; the exact methods available to you will be displayed once you reach the checkout.

How to See Your Available Options

Because payment availability is based on your shipping address, we recommend the following:

  1. Add your products to the cart.

  2. Navigate to the Checkout page.

  3. Enter your Address details.

The payment section will then refresh to show the specific methods available for your region.

Paying via Invoice

For clinical settings, organizations, or professionals who require an invoice for their administration:

  • Invoice Option: You can select the Invoice option during checkout. This is available for a select amount of countries. 

  • Details: Once the order is placed, you will receive a digital invoice via email. Please ensure your billing details (including VAT number if applicable) are entered correctly during the checkout process to ensure the invoice is processed accurately.

Installments and Provider-Specific Options

If you are looking to pay in installments or use specific credit features through Klarna or PayPal:

  • Provider Logic: These options (such as "Pay in 3" or "Slice It") are managed directly by the payment provider, not by our shop.

  • Selection: If these options are available for your address and order value, they will appear as a choice within the Klarna or PayPal interface during the payment step.

  • Management: Any payment schedules or terms for installments are handled within your personal Klarna or PayPal account.
